Trettarts is a French micro-enterprise run by a single independent graphic designer. The company specializes in creating unique graphic designs, intended to be printed on various products via our professional partner Vistaprint.
Trettarts aims to become a full creative company, combining:
- Graphic design,
- Visual creation,
- Artistic entertainment.
2. Where do our products come from?
Designs are created by Trettarts, while:
- Printing,
- Manufacturing,
- Packaging,
- Shipping
are fully handled by Vistaprint.
3. How to place an order?
To order a graphic service:

Book one or more time slots via the online calendar.

Complete the form describing your project in detail.

Accept the Terms & Conditions and the service contract when booking.

Be available and answer the phone call at the scheduled date and time.
Important: For now, orders are exclusively reserved for clients residing in France or French-speaking.
The order is considered confirmed once the time slot is booked and conditions accepted.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
- Additional payment methods depending on store settings
5. What are the delivery times?
Times vary depending on the product and destination.
Typically, delivery takes 3 to 10 business days, according to Vistaprint production and shipping times.
A tracking email is sent as soon as the package is shipped.
6. How can I track my order?
You can track your order:
- via the tracking email from Vistaprint,
- in your Trettarts customer account,
- or by contacting us directly: trettarts@gmail.com.
7. I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Contact us at trettarts@gmail.com.
We will check the status with Vistaprint and respond within 48 business hours.
8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since products are custom-made, standard returns are not possible.
However, Vistaprint accepts returns or replacements in case of:
- Damaged product,
- Quality defect,
- Printing error,
- Wrong product,
- Lost package.
Please send photos and your order number to analyze the situation.

10. Can I modify my order after payment?
Yes, only if production has not yet started.
Once manufacturing has begun, no modifications are possible.
11. What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees are automatically calculated based on:
- Destination country,
- Product type,
- Weight and volume of the package.

13. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Send immediately:
- Photos of the product,
- Photos of the packaging,
- Your order number,

We will forward the request to Vistaprint for a replacement or refund.

Yes.
We can create designs for companies, associations, events, or specific visual projects.
