Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Return & Refund Policy

1. Product Nature

Trettarts provides designs, while printing and delivery are handled by Vistaprint.
Trettarts does not print or ship any physical products.

By ordering, the Customer accepts that all return and refund rules follow Vistaprint’s Terms and Conditions.

2. No Direct Returns to Trettarts

Trettarts cannot receive returned products.
All returns must follow Vistaprint’s process.

3. Eligible Return/Refund Cases

According to Vistaprint policies:

- damaged product

- printing error

- quality issue

- lost package

- non-compliance with the order

Proof is required.

4. Procedure in Case of Issue

Step 1 — Contact Trettarts:

Provide: order number, photos, detailed explanation, delivery date.

Step 2 — Trettarts contacts Vistaprint

Trettarts sends the claim to Vistaprint.
Processing time depends on Vistaprint.

Step 3 — Vistaprint’s decision

Replacement, reprint, refund or refusal.
Trettarts informs the Customer of the final decision.

5. Replacement or Refund

If Vistaprint approves:

- Replacement: Trettarts notifies the estimated shipment date.

- Refund: Trettarts refunds the Customer using the original payment method.
No refund can be issued without Vistaprint’s approval.

6. Processing Time

Varies according to Vistaprint.

7. Exclusions

No refunds for:

- customer design errors

- poor-quality files provided by the customer

- carrier delays

- change of mind

- misuse of product
